Domain Registration
The website's domain name is what most people refer to as a "website address", such as "www.yourcompanyname.com". Website domain names are registered through separate companies known as domain registrars. We can assist you in registering a domain name and also help you choose a name that will help customers find your website more easily. Website Hosting
Website files reside on special computers (known as "servers") that are hooked into the internet 24 hours a day. These servers are maintained by hosting companies. We can arrange reliable website hosting services that will keep your site online and accessible to the public at all times. Note: Online accessibilty depends on the hosting companies Service Level Agreement (SLA). This service is included in our Starter, Basic, and Standard websites, please see our "Prices" page.
E-mail Set-up
Confused about how to set up and retrieve your e-mail? Need more than one e-mail address for your company? We can arrange this important service for you, as well as teach you how to access and reply to your e-mails from the office or while on the road. Visitor Tracking Statistics
In order to find out how well your website is working for you, we can arrange a website tracking service that records the number of visitors, what pages they read and for how long, and many other useful statistics. Website Maintenance
It's possible that you or your staff may have the capabilities to make updates to your web site after it's finished. If so, we are happy to show you how to do this.
If you prefer that we make updates to your site, there is a variety of options:
- For very simple changes, such as modifying a few lines of text, there is usually no charge
- For more involved changes to your site, such as adding new pages, complete revisions of pages, graphics work, etc., there would be an hourly charge. Depending on the amount of work involved, we can arrange billing on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- If you think that your website will need updates on a frequent basis, you may opt to enter into a quarterly maintenance contract. Please contact us for prices.
